Cord Koch, Director of Marketing & Franchise Development, has accumulated a wide breadth of experience since graduating Murray State University in the spring of 2014. Working in the highly competitive world of full-service ad agencies in Chicago right out of school, he returned home to Metropolis, Illinois as a digital ad sales representative when his father fell ill.
Having always been a strategic thinker, Cord was able to put his skills to the test, working as Marketing Director in both the outdoor equipment and nursing/rehabilitation industries. Both of these positions presented challenges in very competitive markets with vastly different market mechanics. Orienting strategy, branding, advertising, budgets, and protocols in fundamentally different ways imbued Cord with a sense of nimbleness and flexibility that has been invaluable during the HHO’s franchise development process.
